Booking Conditions
RULES AND CONDITIONS OF STAY IN OUR ACCOMMODATIONS
The following rules must be accepted by all guests to ensure a perfect stay.
BEFORE THE STAY
- Our cottage does not have a full reception area, so guests must call 24 hours in advance to indicate their arrival time. If guests do not contact us, check-in will be automatically granted.
- Failure to notify arrival time or exceeding this time will result in a €10 surcharge per hour of waiting.
RULES OF STAY
- Guests must observe the usual rules of politeness, hygiene, coexistence, and respect for others. Guests may not engage in annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, or illegal activities on the premises. Guests must refrain from engaging in activities that may cause harm or inconvenience to other guests.
- If you find any deficiencies, we would appreciate it if you would report them as soon as possible so we can provide a solution and give you the opportunity to clarify matters during your stay.
- We ask that during the break time, from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., you respect the silence and keep your TV volume moderate.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
- Access to the rooms with any food that will be eaten there is prohibited.
- If you wish to consume any food or drink, there are public areas designed for this purpose.
ANIMALS
- Pets of any kind are prohibited. In this case, we can inform you of different options for accommodating your pet.
ROOM CLEANING
- Room cleaning will be done daily, from 10:00 – 12:00.
- The customer must indicate with appropriate signage whether they want cleaning or not.
- Cleaning will not be carried out outside the hours described above.
- You can leave used towels under the sink, so we can replace them with new ones.
- The bed will be changed every 3 days.
PAY
- Payment will be made once you enter the house, a single payment.
- Payment can be made either in cash or by card.
- The customer will have to present their national identification document or another document that shows their identity.
SCHEDULES
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Please notify us 60 minutes before your arrival, as we do not have a reception.
- The departure time from the house must be done before 12:00

RESERVATIONS
- The customer must provide their card details to formalize the reservation, including the card number and expiration date. The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation.
- You will not be charged, except for specific reservations where your prepayment requirement is clearly stated during the booking process.
- The total amount will be paid in cash once the customer arrives at the establishment.
CANCELLATIONS
- If a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be applied depending on the advance notice given. All associated fees will be borne by the customer.
- The penalty intervals and percentages are as follows: from 0 to 30 days’ notice, the penalty will be 100%; cancellations made before 30 days will be free of charge.
- If the establishment is left before the agreed-upon time, the full amount agreed for the stay will be charged for damages. Reservations for offers, gift vouchers, raffles, and prizes cannot be canceled.
- The accommodation and other services will be used for the period agreed upon between the establishment and the guest. Any extension or reduction of the previously agreed period must be consulted with the owner.
PAY
- The customer is obligated to pay upon presentation of the invoice. Filing a claim does not exempt the customer from payment.
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- The total amount of the reservation will be paid in cash once the customer arrives at the establishment.
OTHERS
- The establishment is not responsible to any client for any loss, damage, cancellation or any additional expenses incurred by the client, or for any cause beyond the control of the owner.
- The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. However, if items are found in the establishment during cleaning, they will be happy to store them for 7 days so that the customer can come and collect them.
- The heating system is adjustable in each of our rooms. We ask guests to turn off the heating once they leave their room and use it appropriately.
- A smoke-free area and smoking is not permitted inside the establishment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €50 surcharge for disinfection and laundry costs.
- Animals are not allowed inside the establishment.
- It is not permitted to remove utensils, bedding, blankets, etc. from the establishment.
- The client is responsible for the proper use of the facilities. If any damage is caused, please notify us immediately to avoid any misunderstandings. The client will be responsible for the cost of the damage.
- Guests must comply with the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the house and room. If the owner is not informed of any problems with the sheets or towels, the cost of cleaning and disinfection will be borne by the guest.
- Smoking and the consumption/handling of food in the rooms are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €50 surcharge for disinfection and laundry costs.
- The owner would appreciate any suggestions you might have to make future stays more enjoyable.
